6 hours 0 Reviews

Hot weather has arrived and it’s important for your dog to stay cool. One way to do so is by treating your pup to a homemade pup-sicle!

Here’s a simple yet delicious treat that will cool your furry friend down in no time.

  • Chicken broth
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 handful of green peas

How to make it

  1. Pour the chicken broth into an ice cube tray, filling each cube 3/4 full.
  2. Cut the carrot into small pieces and place 1-2 pieces in each cube.
  3. Place 2-3 peas into each cube.
  4. Place the ice cube tray in freezer for 6 hours or until frozen.

After a hot summer afternoon of playing catch or running in a dog park, have these cool chicken pup-sicles handy for your pup to enjoy.
