Can you figure out the height of the stand?

Answer:

stand + cat – dog = 150 cm

stand + dog – cat = 120 cm

cat – cat and dog – dog cancel out, leaving us with

2 stand = 150 cm + 120 cm

2 stand = 270 cm

stand = 135 cm

Therefore, the height of the stand is 135 cm.
