Feeding Guide
Please use our feeding calculator for feeding recommendations.
Nutrience SubZero benefits adult and senior dogs of all breeds. The quantity of food your dog requires is dependent upon size, age, activity level and environment. Simply start with our recommendations, adjust as needed and make sure to always have fresh water available.
Transitioning to Nutrience
It is important to gradually transition your dog from one food to another. Start with a proportion of 25% Nutrience to 75% old food. Slowly change the proportions over the next 5 to 7 days by gradually increasing the amount of Nutrience and decreasing the amount of the old food.
BEST dry dog food for my scottish terrier. He is a healthy, energetic 2 year old on this food and he likes the flavor! Great for picky eaters. I highly recommend this brand, as someone who use to make homemade/supplement dog food for a westie with sensitive stomach and scotty with severe allergies. Look for the supplements, pre/pre-biotics and quality of protein in dry food - Nutrience cannot be beat!
We wanted a premium grain free dog food that didn’t have poultry by products. We love this subzero prairie red but more importantly our dog loves it as well.
One of the best dry foods I've ever find! My dog has been on this for more than a year and you can realize how it helps her to have better coat, skin and energy. Just recently we've realized the quantity of nutriboost reduced on each pack and this is the only concern we have.
Both my dogs (poodles) have always been picky eaters with low appetite (and lean a little too far on the trim side). It's been an issue since i got them. I had to find a high quality/high protein food they WANTED to eat. It took a while because they'd enjoy anything for a week but back to bad habits after that. This was the brand. They just love it. It's been two years now. I also love that it's a Canadian product. highly highly recommend. The most recent bag i've opened has bigger pellets. Im not sure if the formula has changed but they're still interested in the food. They love it.
We fed our old border collie cross this for years and she lived until 16. Never lost her appetite for it. It is incredible the variety of ingredients that go into this! We just got a new puppy and were excited to see we can start her on it right away. She has been been gobbling it up since we changed from the food she was eating. Great product, I hope it is never discontinued.
I have switched my dogs over to Nutrience and what a world of a difference. They both run to their bowls when they hear me opening the bag. They just love it. There is never any food left in there dishes. I highly recommend switching any dog over.
Switched from Orijen to this food. My giant breed is doing much better. And the price is more fair. Great food. Tried several other super premium diets and this brand out performes.
My dog has been on Prairie Red for 3 years now. We absolutely love knowing that she's getting the best kibble available! Everyone needs to switch to Nutrience!
