The Entrants must be Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their respective province of residence, at the time of entry.
By entering the Contest, the Entrants consent to the release of their personal information. The Entrants acknowledge to have complied with these Contest Rules.
Employees of Rolf C. Hagen Inc (CONTEST SPONSOR), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter
The Entrants must, within the contest period, find all 7 hidden letters on the Nutrience website, fill out the appropriate Contest entry form on https://nutrience.com/nutrience-solve-the-mystery-contest/ and enter the correct password using the 7 hidden letters, to the to be eligible to win the prize. The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified herein. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these terms may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Rolf C. Hagen Inc.
You may not enter more times by using multiple fake identities, second accounts may lead to void entries. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Rolf C. Hagen Inc.
By entering, the Entrants warrant that the Entry:
- does not include (or link to) any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, offensive, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate. Without limitation, Entrants must not include (or include a link to) any content that involves malice, swearing or which may be defamatory or in contempt of court;
- contains no viruses or other computer code or material embedded in it which may have a negative impact on the Promoter’s website, this Contest or any network or third-party computer systems.
Contest Period
The contest starts at 9:00 AM EST on October 20th, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 26th, 2023.
Prize
The Winner will be selected on October 27th, 2023 after 9:00 AM EST.
The Winner will receive a giveaway prize. Once the Winner is selected, Rolf C. Hagen Inc will manage prize distribution based on the information provided by the Winner.
The prize is solely determined by Rolf C. Hagen Inc. The prize is nontransferable. In the event the Winner is unable to redeem their prize (for any reason) the monetary value will not be paid out, nor will an alternate prize be provided. If applicable, any and all prize-related expenses, including and without limitation, any and all federal, provincial, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Nutrience/Rolf C. Hagen Inc. to use the Winner’s name, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Rolf C. Hagen Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal value if a prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.

Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received before the applicable Contest closing date and time.
Winner(s) Selection & Notification
The Winner will be selected by a random draw on October 27th, 2023.
The Winner will be contacted via email with instructions on how to claim their prize. If the Winner does not accept their prize within fifteen (15) business days, or eligibility is not met, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, that winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize. A replacement winner will not be chosen in this case. If any of the contest Winners do not comply with the Rules and Regulations, the selected Winner(s) will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the Contest Sponsor shall be entitled to select a new name from the qualified Entrants. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNERS (AT NUTRIENCE’S/ROLF C. HAGEN INC. SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION OF THE CONTEST.
Limitations
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Rolf C. Hagen Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries
Modification/Termination
Subject to applicable law, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, or modify the Rules and Regulations of the Contest at any time without notice, if fraud, technical failures including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming or communications or any other errors or other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupts the administration, integrity or security of the Contest or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest as stipulated by these Rules and Regulations, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In such event, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, choose to select winners via random drawing from among all eligible entries received up until the time of cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
